Can I set the placement of the upsell popup in a specific spot on the cart page?

Question: The upsell offers are covering the products on the cart page when they pop-up. Is there a way to set the placement of these pop-ups to other parts of the cart page?

Answer: Unfortunately, this is not possible at this point. There is no way to set the placement of the upsell pop-ups on the cart page.
