Is it possible to set a limit to the discounts that the customer can avail through the upsell pop-ups?
Question: I notice that when the customer adjusts the quantity of the products he ordered, the discounts increased too. Is there a way that I can set a limit to it so that there will be no additional discounts in case the customer doubles his purchase?
Answer: Unfortunately, you cannot set a limit for discounts. The app works by automatically giving the discount as soon as the trigger product is added to the cart. This would mean that the discount increases if the quantity of the trigger product is increased as well. However, if only the quantity of the upsell product is increased and not the trigger product, no additional discount will be applied.
